Fantastic Mountain Stay

friendly staff hotel management loft room

The staff at the lodge were very attentive. The hotel management even went above expectations to make our days nice. We enjoyed the West Wing loft room very much and would recommend those suites.

The rooms were too small and there wasn't air conditioning in the room. It became a little uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day. A small fridge in the room would also be a benefit.

Hiking trails are right outside the door. The gondola provides easy access to the hotel. The sunshine meadows offer marvelous views and excursions from this high altitude location.

The facilities looked clean and well maintained . The gondola to the hotel hotel takes about twenty minutes to reach the hotel. A hot tub is available each night.

The staff are helpful and friendly. They offered car service in the early mornings and late evenings for transport. They leave chocolates every day.

the room included water bottles coffee pods an electric kettle and a dyson fan

i booked a waterfall view room there is no waterfall i saw an awful view to a metal black building and some greenery on the back the hotel explained the waterfall is now dry i am afraid for my back with this awful bed
